Co-Pays & Deductibles

All co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and past-due balances are due at the time of your visit.  All private and government insurances require healthcare providers to collect co-pays and deductibles at the time of service. We encourage you to review your coverage plan or contact your insurance company for any specific coverage questions.

If you need to make payment arrangements, please call our billing department at 870-247-9499 before your visit.


Cancellation Policy

As our practice grows, we have updated our cancellation policy to serve our patients better. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please call 870-247-9499 at least 12-24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you are unable to keep your appointment. This allows our providers to offer that appointment to another patient who needs medical care. Conversely, the situation may arise when another patient fails to cancel, and we cannot schedule another patient for a visit due to a full schedule for the day.

If you do not cancel your appointment at least 12 to 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a no-show or late cancellation fee of $50. This fee is not covered by insurance. You will be responsible for paying the late fee before your next visit.

We understand that life gets busy. However, a pattern of missed appointments without proper notice does not show mutual consideration. Patients who fail to provide advanced cancellation for three appointments in the span of one year may be subject to dismissal from the practice. Please help us to serve you better by keeping your regularly scheduled appointment.


Late Arrival Policy

We know that delays can happen when you are trying to get to your appointment. However, we must keep the other patients and doctors on time. If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
