Mark A. Ramiro, MD
Dr. Mark Ramiro earned his medical degree from the Far Eastern University, Quezon City, Manila, Philippines. He served his residency at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Family Medicine.
Dr. Ramiro is a member of the Arkansas Medical Society, Jefferson County Medical Society, and holds ambulatory privileges at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Ramiro is married and has a son and two daughters.
Michelle Rawls, APRN
Michelle is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate nursing education from UAMS College of Nursing, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2002. She worked as an RN for 16 years, gaining experience in almost every nursing specialty.
In 2018, Michelle completed her master’s degree in Nursing Science at UAMS. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Michelle has 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is certified to treat acute and chronic medical conditions in patients of all ages.
She is a proud native of Southeast Arkansas, where she lives with her husband and two sons.
Yulander Gailey, APRN
Yulander Gailey, APRN, graduated from SEARK College in 1999 with her LPN Certificate. In 2002, she received her associate degree in nursing. Yulander completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in 2014 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In 2017 she completed her master’s degree in nursing science from Walden University. Yulander holds a Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Yulander has worked in nursing for 24 years, with experience in oncology, dialysis, Cath Lab, and Medical/Surgical nursing. As an APRN, she is certified to treat acute and chronic medical conditions in patients of all ages.
A Pine Bluff resident, Yulander is married with three adult children and three grandchildren. She loves to travel, spend time with her family and friends, and volunteer in the community. She is a Jefferson County Extension Homemakers Club member and the professional nursing organization Chi Eta Phi Sorority.
