Do you want to exercise, but don't know where to go, what it costs, and what is offered? Here are some options to check out.

White Hall High School Track

Free!!! Get your walking shoes on and go to the track anytime it is not being used for school functions.

White Hall Community Center

Membership is $20 per year and is open to residents who live within the White Hall School District. Their facilities feature a walking track, two elliptical machines, teeter machine, air hockey, ping-pong, and foosball. Hours: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; closed Sunday. Contact number is 870-247-6964.

White Hall Fitness Center

Free with certain insurance plans. The Center is open 24 hours each day. Contact number is 870-247-4949.

JRMC Wellness Center

Fitness classes, free weights, Les Mills group fitness classes, as well as my other offerings. Membership fees range from $48 to $73 ($25 for JRMC employees) and no joining fee. They have two locations: 1301 W. 40th, Pine Bluff, and 1600 W. Holland, White Hall. Visit their website for more information.
